The pouch is designed to be ripped away from MOLLE and similar modular platforms when needed, while the strap keeps it from falling off accidentally. The rip-away design gives the ability to quickly utilize the bag in place or tear it away for easier access or transfer of supplies in situations when time is precious. Multiple interior pockets and elastic loops allow for better organization and access.
